Sal joined First Option in 2021. She previously worked at the BBC as a Safety Advisor, was a Regulatory Health and Safety Inspector at HSE, and before that she was a Producer at ITV Tyne Tees.
She has a BA (Hons) in English Language and Literature, a Post Graduate Diploma in Regulatory Occupational Health and Safety and is an Instructor Member of MHFA delivering our Mental Health First Aid training. She is a Certified member of IOSH.
