Martha joined First Option in 2024. She is an IOSH member who has comprehensive experience creating production and location risk assessments, supporting productions with on-set safety, undertaking office inspections, and developing H&S policies for clients.
Prior to her role with First Option, Martha worked as a Health and Safety Advisor to all departments of the Royal Opera House.
