Jackie has led a distinguished career in Film and TV Safety, underpinned by her extensive experience and academic credentials.

Her journey began at the BBC, where she honed her production management skills over nine years before pursuing a BSc (Hons) in Safety, Health and Environmental Management followed by a move to ITV, most recently serving as Group Head of Operational Risk, a role in which she was responsible for ITVโ€™s internal risk reporting and assurance processes.

Her professional path led her to ITV, where she most recently excelled as the Group Head of Operational Risk.

During her 17-year tenure at ITV, Jackie provided expert advice on health and safety matters for productions both in the UK and internationally. Her extensive experience spans a wide range of genres, including high-profile dramas, entertainment programmes, and regional news.

An innovative leader in her field, Jackie was a founding member of the production safety passport and the broadcastersโ€™ joint vetting scheme. She holds an IRM certificate in Enterprise Risk Management and is a chartered member of IOSH, as well as a member of IIRSM. Jackieโ€™s expertise lies in developing and managing health and safety management systems, policies, and procedures, ensuring that productions operate within a safe and regulated environment.
