Crew members can suffer injuries from accidents related to the high-risk activities they are filming, such as falls, collisions, or being struck by equipment or participants, filming often occurs in challenging environments with extreme weather conditions, difficult terrain, or remote locations, all of which can pose significant risks.

There may be health risks associated with high altitudes, deep water and other extreme conditions leading to hypoxia, decompression sickness, or heatstroke.

Add logistical challenges, security threats, fatigue and stress:  mitigation of these risks typically involves comprehensive planning, safety training, proper gear and equipment, medical readiness, and clear communication protocols.
