Locations and Temporary Studios

If you hire a building to use as a location or temporary studio, you need to make certain checks with the owner to make sure that it is a safe place to work.

If you are to carry out construction or building work to prepare a location for filming, then you must check whether the work will be subject to the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 1994.
