Many of us spend a significant portion of our day sitting at a desk, staring at a computer screen. Unfortunately, poor ergonomics can lead to a range of health problems, from eye strain and headaches to back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, and other musculoskeletal disorders.
Explore the principles of ergonomics and how they can be applied to your workspace, including topics such as posture, desk and chair setup, lighting, and computer placement, as well as strategies for taking breaks and staying active throughout the workday.
Buy groups of places on a production-by-production basis. You can invite delegates, onboard them and monitor progress across all your productions.
Group Licenses remain available for one year from the time of purchase after which access to unused places expires.

Set up a group and you can add and invite users, send password reset emails, and easily mass email all the people in the group. You can also appoint a Group Leader within the group who can also manage progress.
You can set up a group for each production and then the group management page lets you view progress by user and by production.
You can enroll users in each group by adding them directly, by uploading a .csv file, or by distributing enrollment keys so that users can self-register. No more sending out manual emails – the system takes care of it and you can monitor progress across productions via a single page.
