Sexual Harassment

Sexual harassment refers to any unwanted or unwelcomed conduct of a sexual nature – whether it’s physical, verbal, non-verbal or digital – that violates a person’s dignity, or creates an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating or offensive environment. This applies regardless of intent; the impact on the person experiencing the behaviour is what matters. Whether conduct is unwelcome or unwanted is at the discretion of the person being subjected to it.
