Rachael joined First Option in 2022 after 7 years with ITV as a senior Health and Safety Risk Advisor.
Originally from Australia, she also has an extensive background working in Australian local and state government authorities as an environmental health officer and advisor.
She is a Chartered Member of IOSH and holds a BSc in Environmental Health, Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Communication and a NEBOSH International General Certificate.
