Rachael joined First Option in 2021 after 6 years at the BBC as a Safety Advisor. Prior to this she worked as a Safety Advisor in the hotel industry.
Rachael is a Graduate Member of IOSH, holds a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Health, and has a NEBOSH Diploma. She is a qualified ISO 45001:2018 Internal Auditor and an experienced trainer.
