The hazards listed are relevant to work around most water however the risk is higher when the water is open and flowing.

Filming in and around controlled water (in swimming pools) reduces the risk of flowing water: e.g. current, cold and disease. Obviously there are still hazards e.g. electricity and emergencies that need life saving arrangements.
