Display Screen Equipment (DSE) includes computers, laptops, tablets and other screen-based devices used for work.

In the entertainment industry, work is not always carried out from a dedicated desk. Production staff may work from temporary offices, location bases, vehicles, studios or while moving between activities. These environments can make it more difficult to maintain a comfortable working position and increase the risk of discomfort if DSE is used for long periods.
