Those who manage new or expectant mothers need to be aware of the hazards of work activities which need to be reviewed when a member of staff lets you know they are pregnant.

Some aspects of work can affect the safety of people who are pregnant or have recently given birth. In some circumstances there may also be a risk to the child.
