Need to add temps or others without a company email address to your account? Easy. When you buy a retainer subscription, you have the ability to give other people access. Note that when a subscription expires, all users lose access.

How safe is my credit card data?

The payment fields are hosted by Stripe and are fully PCI-DSS compliant. None of your sensitive data passes through our servers.

How can I pay?

Via Stripe we accept all major credit cards plus ApplePay and Google Pay.

How can I cancel?

Go to My Account > My Subscriptions to turn Auto Renew off. Your access will cease at the end of your subscription.

When you purchase an Elite Subscription, you gain immediate access to all resources. We will then contact you to check which email domain(s) you need authorising to allow access to all resources to your team.

Need to add a temp to your team who doesn’t have a corporate email address? Easy – go to My Account > Team > Add Member.

Need to reassign a seat? Simple. Go to My Account > Team > Members and remove a member – then just reassign that seat using Add Member.

For operational reasons, you are limited to 20 users outside your corporate email domain.
