1. This tool generates draft operational planning information, production checklists and preparatory safety guidance only and is not a substitute for competent safety advice, production-specific planning, or compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Certain activities may require specialist risk assessments, instruction, supervision, rescue provision, medical support, permits, licences, insurance, or appropriately qualified personnel in accordance with local laws, regulations, industry standards, or jurisdictional requirements.
3. Checklist content and core safety guidance within this platform are developed and maintained by qualified safety professionals. AI-assisted processes are used solely to suggest potentially relevant internal or external resources, identify possible omissions or inconsistencies, and flag potential inconsistencies between the activity description and the stated controls. Such AI-assisted outputs are automated, have not been individually reviewed by First Option, and must be independently assessed by the user before reliance or use.

User Responsibility

4. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, modifying, and approving any checklist, recommendation, or generated content before it informs planning decisions or operational activity.
5. To the maximum extent permitted by law, First Option accepts no liability for any loss, damage, claim, cost, or decision arising from the use of or reliance upon content generated through this platform.

Data Protection

6. When submitting or uploading information to this platform, you remain the Data Controller (or act on behalf of the relevant Data Controller) in respect of any Personal Data provided. First Option acts only as a Data Processor and processes data solely for the purpose of providing this service and related operational oversight. Users should avoid submitting Personal Data unless reasonably necessary for the provision of the service.
7. You confirm that you are authorised to submit any information or Personal Data uploaded to this platform and that you have complied with applicable data protection and privacy laws.
8. Information submitted to this platform may be securely transmitted to and processed by third-party technology providers for the purpose of generating automated analysis, operational planning guidance and related outputs. Such processing may take place outside the United Kingdom, subject to appropriate data protection safeguards. Third-party providers are engaged under contractual arrangements designed to protect submitted information and restrict its use to authorised purposes. Information submitted through this platform is not used to train third-party AI models.
9. Information submitted through this platform, including generated checklists and related content, may be accessible to authorised operational, production, or safety management personnel for review, oversight, support, compliance, or quality assurance purposes.

General Terms

10. The generation of any checklist, recommendation or output by this platform does not constitute approval, certification, verification or confirmation by First Option that a production, activity, risk assessment or operational plan is safe, compliant, complete or suitable for operational use.
11. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain the quality and availability of this service, First Option does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every relevant operational consideration will be identified.
12. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this platform constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
13. Use of this platform is subject to these terms, which shall prevail in the event of any conflict with any other agreement between the parties to the extent of such conflict.
14. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
