Such AI-assisted outputs are automated, have not been individually reviewed by First Option, and must be independently assessed by the user before reliance or use.

User Responsibility

4. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, modifying, and approving any checklist, recommendation, or generated content before it is relied upon or used operationally.
5. To the maximum extent permitted by law, First Option accepts no liability for any loss, damage, claim, cost, or decision arising from reliance on content generated through this platform.

Data Protection

6. When submitting or uploading information to this platform, you remain the Data Controller (or act on behalf of the relevant Data Controller) in respect of any Personal Data provided. First Option acts only as a Data Processor and processes data solely for the purpose of providing this service and related operational oversight.
7. You confirm that you are authorised to submit any information or Personal Data uploaded to this platform and that you have complied with applicable data protection and privacy laws.
8. Information submitted through this platform, including generated checklists and related content, may be accessible to authorised operational, production, or safety management personnel for review, oversight, support, compliance, or quality assurance purposes.

General Terms

9. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this platform constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
10. Use of this platform is subject to the terms set out above, which shall prevail in the event of any conflict with any other agreement between the parties to the extent of such conflict.
11. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
